Pendeloque ou pendant, what is exactly the difference? The "pendeloque" is a pretty pear-like shape, stitched on all four sides, tapered at the top and square at the base, with a stiched pattern winding all around the ornament. By contrast, the diamond pendant is a more geometrical shape with three sides, each a diamond shape and a separate pattern. Both are unique projects by Faby Reilly, to stitch for Christmas!

New from Barbara Ana: Hummingbirds scissor fob
Here's an exciting project that we are sure will delight many stitchers. First it's really useful because it's a rather big scissor fob, so you'll be sure never - ever again - to lose your scissors (think big hotel keys!). Second, the pattern features three delightful hummingbirds in gorgeous colors (spot the fine detail of the eyes). And finally, you'll have fun putting it all together, making a twisted cord and tassel, and mounting the two small square cushions (slipstitch method) with the beads and cord.
